It’s coming up to that time of the year where Christmas will soon be upon us. Following on from our very successful campaign last year where we all managed to raise 36.1 kg of food. We’d really appreciate it if you could help again this year in our food donation campaign. We will be leaving a box for donations in IC1 reception from the 13th November.
We are planning to take all donations to the Newcastle Foodbank, who are currently short of:
· Rice
· Jam
· Mashed Potato
· Small Coffee
· Sugar
· Long life juice
· Sponge Puddings
· Chocolate
· Crisps/snacks
· Shower Gel
· Deodorants
· Toothbrushes
· Washing Powder/Gel
It may also be worth including other non-food items such as shaving gel, feminine products, and baby supplies such as nappies and baby wipes. But any and all donations will be greatly appreciated.
