Meet Your Guest Speaker


We are excited to welcome Liz from Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins to our Behavioural Science Change Makers Event.

A head unfuddling supercoach, who builds stronger humans for better things, helping teams rediscover genius and spark integrated and intuitive approaches. 

Following a career in the Royal Air Force as a linguist and then an interrogator, Liz found that she could use some of her professional insights to help other through coaching – she often describes this as “using her evil skills for good”.  

Liz has been a professional life coach for 12 years, providing one to one “Walk and talk” coaching sessions alongside workshops on Resilience, Imposter Syndrome and Teamwork.

She has worked with organisations such as, Warrior Equine and SSAFA to bring coaching and talking therapy into the lives of those suffering from serve stress and anxiety.

We’ve invited Liz to talk to us and share her insights about how we can use “Emotional Thinking”. Liz will challenge our perspectives and make us think. We hope you will leave her session inspired to make a difference!
