Insights360

At Caja, we recognise the magnitude of data available to organisations to provide insights, supporting strategic, every-day decision making and how overwhelming it can be to access, integrate and interpret the available data sets.

Leveraging our analytics capabilities, we combine diverse client datasets with publicly accessible sources like ONS, Census and Public Health data to produce detailed population insights. Our comprehensive data product Insights360 consolidates demographic, public health, health and social care data, providing critical insights into service performance, index of deprivation scoring, and population health profiles. In the South West, we've used it to understand the impact of Councils' strategies and variation in their approach to market shaping. We also used it to support Councils in their understanding of discharge pathways.
With Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent ICB, we are using the tools to understand access to Primary Care and to identify variation between population segments, in order to target behavioural interventions to improve access to care.

Flow360 is a dynamic demand and capacity predictive and prescriptive tool providing capability to address the challenges being faced across the NHS and Social Care regarding demand and capacity across the service. Flow360 enables organisations to answer questions such as:
