There is a growing recognition that corporations have a responsibility to their employees and their wider community. This article addresses how businesses can look to improve the skills of the workforce to avoid the loss of jobs due to automation. This would keep employees skilled and in employment (good for their wellbeing) but also beneficial for the company who will have high skilled individuals and be able to recruit talent better.
