This great read is based on a model of organisational effectiveness (itself loosely based on the Buke-Litwen model of Organisational Change) suggesting the centrality of leadership is the transformation process within any organisation. The book explores the three central topics of this transformation process and therefore defines leadership by the establishment of vison, the alignment of culture and the specification of management practices
