Caja are pleased to announce the award of their latest piece of work with NHS Scotland and the NHS Scotland Shared Services Portfolio.
Working within established NHS Scotland Shared Services governance and linked to the HR Shared Services Programme, Caja will lead an options appraisal process to develop a proposal for ‘Best Practice’ HR Services across six Scottish NHS Boards.
Key aims of the appraisal will be to provide options which will look to:
- Improve the quality and efficiency of HR services delivered to HR customers
- Improve the resilience and sustainability of HR services
