A Nudge is anything that influences a person to behave in a certain way without reducing the choices available to them. The person always remains in control.​

As you can see, Nudges can be simple and cost effective, but they are also based on a methodical, research based process, that measures their impact. We want to show you how it’s done!

Unlike other behaviour change courses that focus solely on theory, our program takes a practical approach. You will engage in immersive and interactive scenario-based simulations, allowing you to apply your foundational knowledge to real-world projects. To support your learning experience, we will teach you our successful and repeatable CognitivQITM methodology, a step-by-step process for designing, implementing, measuring, and scaling behaviour change interventions. This methodology, combined with our unique PACE injection approach, ensures ethical and scientifically proven effectiveness in influencing behaviour.

By the end of the course, you will be equipped with workbooks and a copy of our CognitivQITM methodology template, empowering you to facilitate and deliver change in your workplace.

The course provides a great mix of behavioural science theory and application. Ideal for beginners or people with no prior psychology experience, our Behaviour Change Foundations session will teach participants the key theoretical concepts that underpin Behavioural Science such as Nudge Theory.

Day Two - Applied Behaviour Change

For people with existing knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of Behavioural Science. This session provides an opportunity to learn how to apply that knowledge and develop a behavioural intervention using the Caja CognitivQITM methodology.
