Organisations have in the past believed that if they wanted access to thought leadership, innovation, expertise and knowledge then the natural course of action was to work with one of the larger consulting or service provider firms. However, this also often brought with it traditional monolithic behaviours, that stifled innovation and entrepreneurship, exactly what they were being expected to bring to their clients.
New models are now emerging in the market which provide organisations with access to the experience, knowledge and innovation they desire, but with entrepreneurial agility and flexibility, to architect up to the minute solutions in the fast-moving world we now live in.
