We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development / Bid & Sales support graduate to play a key role in the future development and growth of our business.
In order to continue Caja’s growth and upward trajectory, we need to ensure that there is a pipeline of new business coming into the business. As a consequence, there is a need for a graduate to join the team to help grow Caja, who would work under the direction of Directors in the business in order to achieve its business growth objectives over the next 5 years. The successful candidate will need a Business Management related degree and enjoy working under pressure and to tight deadlines. They would need a high degree of attention to detail with excellent literacy and numeracy and also require excellent interpersonal skills and be able to engage and communicate with key client representatives to articulate Caja propositions and solutions to support Directors pitch ideas and deliver formal presentations. They will also need excellent skills with Microsoft Office packages MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Caja 2-Year Tailored Development Programme
The successful candidate will be placed on a 2-year mentored development programme to ensure they attain a transferable set of skills whilst meeting clients’ expectations and helping to deliver successful programmes. This programme will ensure that in the future that you are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to progress into a wide variety of roles within Caja.

- Sales – Learn to generate leads and get sales ‘over the line’

- Customer Management – Learn to understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these requirements
- Report writing – Learn how to analyse all key information and in turn produce a succinct report that meets its objectives.
- Project Management – Learn to scope, manage & deliver successful projects
- Stakeholder Management – Learn how to create and maintain effective working relationships and to communicate with the wider stakeholder community.

We will mentor and teach you the core skill set listed above, and we also understand that as a graduate, you might not have had the opportunity to have necessarily developed the specific skillset for this role yet. However, there may well be opportunities that you can demonstrate your transferable skills from the ones listed below that we are looking for within your CV, e.g. a part-time job, playing for a sports team or volunteering at a local charity.
