We had another brilliant associate networking event, thank you to all that attended. We’d like to give special thanks to David Gallagher, Fraser Penny and Jonathan Burns for their assistance in the planning and running of the successful day.
We kicked off the event with Caroline Brown giving us the Caja Story to date. Where we have been and where we are aiming for.
Caroline then handed over the event to Fraser, David and Jonathan to run, with the focus on the next stage for the associate community. There were three key themes: Knowledge, Sales, Rewards.
The output from the sessions was amazing and really informative and we’re now analysing the data to feed back to you all.
